Barnaby Bear Remembers the Journey of the Fowey

Barnaby Bear has lots of lovely memories about his journey along the River Fowey. He has made a game to help him remember it. See if you can put the photographs in the right order.

The source of the Fowey is high up on Bodmin Moor. The Fowey flows through Draynes Valley on its way to Golitha Wood. As it passes through Golitha Wood, it becomes the famous Golitha Falls. The Fowey passes through Trago Mills where you can have a picnic.

The Fowey passes through Lanhydrock woods where it flows under a medieval bridge. It turns into the Fowey Estuary at Lostwithiel, and flows under a Tudor bridge. The Fowey nears the end of its journey as it passes through Golant. It reaches the sea at its mouth in the port town of Fowey.
