Dartmoor Letterboxing

What is letterboxing?
Walking on Dartmoor following clues that are set out in the clue book. In order to follow the clues it is important to have a compass.
Dartmoor 100 letterboxes club Barnaby has collected 100 letterboxes and he is a member of the "100 Club", which means he has a cloth badge like this one which he has attached to his rucksack.

A compass is an instrument that shows you where North is.

Letterboxes are hidden on Dartmoor, they may be found in locations such as holes in the ground, under or behind rocks.

A letterbox consists of a rubber stamp and visitors book.
